By accessing and using the Palazzo application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Palazzo application.
2. Changes to Terms
Palazzo reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
3. Use of the Application
Palazzo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to use the app in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that is inconsistent with these Terms.
You are responsible for all your activity in connection with the app.

You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

Users may post content through the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post and assume all risks associated with it, including someone else's reliance on its accuracy, or claims relating to intellectual property or other legal rights.

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the app and informs users of our data collection practices.

Palazzo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property, or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Palazzo, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New York County, New York, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
